South Africa set deadline for AB de Villiers’ international comeback
South Africa head coach Mark Boucher sets deadline for the players like- AB de Villiers, Chris Morris, Imran Tahir to be available again for the national team. And the deadline is- after this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL).
This year’s IPL is scheduled to take place on March 29 and will conclude on May 24.
Earlier, Boucher confirmed that AB de Villiers would be considered for upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2020 in Australia later this year if he made himself available for the national team.
“The enormous one is the IPL so we chose to let those folks – the free agents, in the event that you need to consider them that – do the IPL and, at that point a short time later make themselves accessible,”
Boucher said at a Standard Bank support’s occasion in Bloemfontein.
