South Africa unveil jersey for World Cup

South Africa has unveiled their jersey for the upcoming World Cup in England during their Squad Announcement ceremony on Thursday.

South Africa became the seventh team to announce the 15-man squad. Faf du Plessis will lead the side while opener Hashim Amla has also been included in the squad despite rumours were flying that he will be left out. He will partner with Aiden Markram in the cricket’s biggest event.

The bowling department has been filled with the deadly pace trio of Lungi Ngidi, Kagiso Rabada and the most experienced Dale Steyn. Two leg-spinners Imran Tahir and Tabraiz Shamsi have also been included. However, all-rounder Chris Morris has been left out as Phehlukwayo has been preferred over him.

Meanwhile, Proteas also unveiled their jersey which is ruling over the internet. The fans have absolutely loved the jersey and the board has announced that it will be officially available in stores from tomorrow.
