During the course of the match, little did the fans know something terrible would happen. Rohit Sharma, who was batting at 45, almost gave away his wicket in the form of run-out by coming down the track to take a single off Keshav Maharaj’s first ball in 25th over of the innings.

He was pretty confident of a run there but his batting partner Cheteshwar Pujara didn’t respond to him well which made Rohit frustrated to the core.

Word has it Pujara is a slow runner between the wickets and he was in no mood to take a single. The frustrated Sharma ended up abusing his mate. Rohit Sharma had asked him to run and there was a lack of understanding between them.

His words were, “Pujji bhaag b******d, mai pohonch jaunga waha (Run Pujara, I will reach your end).”
