England managed to make an epic come back from being bowled out for only 67 runs in the first innings. Chasing a target of 359, England crossed over the line with just only one wicket left.
Again It was Ben Stokes who did it for England in the Test match like he did in the World Cup final against New Zealand. Stokes scored the match winning 135 runs from 219 balls in the chase for England. Stokes had a match turning partnership of 86 runs with Jonny Bairstow.
There on he got little supports from the lower order batsman. But England lost the ninth wicket when team score was on 286. Jack Leach provided a solid support for Ben Stokes by having 76 runs with the all-rounder. In the end the duo managed to take England over the line to level the series 1-1.
AN INCREDIBLE MOMENT!!
AN ABSOLUTE WARRIOR!!
WHAT A MAN @benstokes38!!
