Vaughan indirectly taunts Sri Lanka

Former English captain Michael Vaughan sarcastically said Sri Lanka will win the game easily ahead of their clash against the hosts England.

It is needless to say that there are fine margins between England and Sri Lanka at the moment considering their current form. The hosts are on fire and started the tournament as hot favourites while the struggling Sri Lanka is searching for a win desperately.

In these struggling times, former English captain Michael Vaughan didn’t miss the opportunity to mock Sri Lanka. Ahead of the game, Vaughan posted a photo on his facebook page where he sarcastically wrote that it will be an easy victory for Sri Lanka.

The post has triggered the Sri Lankan fans as they warned the Englishman to not underestimate any team.

According to the latest report, Sri Lanka won the toss and opted to bat first. They are in all sorts of trouble as they lost both the openers Dimuth Karunaratne and Kusal Perera inside the first three overs.
