Vijay Mallya trolls RCB after the franchise releases new logo

A couple of days ago, Royal Challengers Bangalore was in headlines for its social media activities as they unveiled its new logo. Soon after that, netizens on social media trolled RCB adding that they are yet to win a title. Some alleged that RCB have copied the logo while trolled them and asked the franchise to change the players, not their logo.

Besides the fans bashing at one end, it was none other than their former chairman Vijay Mallya, who took a hilarious dig at RCB for being a specialist in failure to clinch the IPL trophy yet.

“A new chapter begins,” tweeted Royal Challengers Bangalore while sharing a video clip of their journey since the inception of IPL.

Mallya replied to the tweet, saying: “Great…but win the trophy!

In 2016, Mallya resigned as the director of Royal Challengers Bangalore. Since then, he has not been associated and involved in any operations of the franchise.

Mallya also retweeted one more post from RCB in which he applauded captain Kohli and then went on to add saying that the franchise needs to win the trophy.

“Virat came to RCB from the India U 19 squad. Virat has led India to great success and has been an outstanding performer himself. Leave it to him and give him freedom. All RCB fans want that long-overdue IPL trophy,” the 64-year-old Mallya wrote in reply to RCB’s tweet.
