MS Dhoni did something bizarre after Jadeja’s insane six

MS Dhoni starred with the bat as Chennai Super Kings beat Rajasthan Royals by four wickets to open up a four-point gap at the top of the IPL Points Table. The drama-filled IPL 2019 encounter at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur will forever be remembered for MS Dhoni losing his cool and entering the field to protest against an umpiring howler.

Another incident that took the fans by a surprise was the unbelievable six hit by Ravindra Jadeja! When team needed 18 off the last 6 balls, Jadeja belted one off Ben Stokes’ bowling. The shot was so good and funny at the same time as Jadeja fell on the ground after striking it quite cleanly.

Even Ben Stokes who lost his balance fell on the ground to watch the ball going into the stands. As Jadeja lay on the ground after he hit a sensational shot, MS Dhoni at the other end came up to him and did something unusual.

MS Dhoni was charged 50% of his match fee following his altercation with the on-field umpires.

CSK captain scored 58 runs off 43 deliveries in the match against Rajasthan Royals and the WhistlePodu army pulled off a 4 wicket win in the match.

The team needed 3 runs off the last ball of the match, and Mitchell Santner pulled off the game in style, smashing a six off Ben Stokes.

After CSK’s win, MS Dhoni became the first player in IPL history to register 100 wins in the Indian Premier League (IPL). This also means that he has won 29 more games than Gautam Gambhir, who is second-most successful captain on the list.

The table toppers bagged 12 points in their 7 games, winning 6 and losing just 1. They have a tough challenge ahead as they take on Kolkata Knight Riders on April 14 at Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata.
