Over the years, Bangladesh became the sturdy opponent at the fortress of home, quivering all visitors including mighty India, Australia and England. However the skipper his team will exhibit worthy stardom in away encounters as well. Next in the schedule, Bangladesh will tour New Zealand to play three ODIs and three Test matches.
“We have the New Zealand series coming up. It is an important series for us since we lost to them last year. I think we have a more balanced side, and we hope to do well there,” he added.
Mashrafe bin Mortaza who cracked two more wickets in this particular match praised his bowlers for good execution leading to win the series.
He said, “Combination is important for a team. Not that we always get it right but execution is more important. The bowlers executed their plans today.
