Watch: Parag mimics Sehwag’s expressions while batting
Rajasthan Royals are going through a terrible form in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League. They finished at the bottom of the points table in the IPL 2020 season points table. The franchise appointed Sanju Samson as the captain of the new season.
However, there hasn’t been any progress under Samson’s captaincy. RR managed to win only 2 games but lost 4 games so far. They are now placed 7th in this season’s points table with 4 points and maintained a net run rate of -0.690.
Besides that, they lost their four overseas players after they pulled out of the competition for various reasons. They already lost the services of Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer, Liam Livingstone and Andrew Tye since the season kick-started.
Meanwhile, Riyan Parag hasn’t been at his fluent best this season. Having played in all 6 games so far for the franchise, he could score only 63 runs at a poor batting average of 15.75. As far as his bowling is concerned, he picked just 1 wicket and will be keen on enhancing his performance in the coming days.

Parag is best known for his antics both on and off the field. He caught everyone’s attention when he performed the Bihu dance after winning a game against Sunrisers Hyderabad. He once again caught the eyeballs for his impressive selfie celebration with his teammate Rahul Tewatia.
Recently, the youngster Parag had perfectly mimicked former Indian opener Virender Sehwag’s expressions while batting. The youngster was playing a popular guessing game with his teammate Shreyas Gopal where the former had to act without speaking and Gopal was guessing a player’s name.
As soon as Virender Sehwag’s name came, Parag amusingly trying to tell his teammate about the cricketer with his expressions. When Gopal failed to answer in a couple of attempts, Parag then mimicked the way Sehwag used to smash a four and eventually Gopal managed to guess the name correctly.
