Windies squad announced for Bangladesh T20Is
A 13-member Windies squad has been announced for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Bangladesh which begins in St. Kitts on Tuesday (July 31). However, Surprisingly there is no place for Chris Gayle who scored a half-century in a losing cause in the third ODI against Bangladesh in the squad.

Although was not part of the recently concluded ODI series against Bangladesh, Cottrell was in the ODI squad and played the final match of the series in which he finished with figures of 1 for 59.
Meanwhile, the chairman of selectors says Gayle has been rested to give an opportunity to Cottrell. He said, “We have rested Chris Gayle and have added left-arm pacer, Sheldon Cottrell for variety to the bowling attack. The team reflects the last squad that performed well in the charity match in the UK.”
