At a friendly match in Adoni, Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh, the boy named Moyeen was hurt directly in his chest by cricket ball while he was playing at the Jameya Mosjid ground.
The boy collapsed to the ground at once and became senseless. He was taken to the government hospital in Adoni where physicians declared him dead.
The local police inspector Chadrasekhar said they are investigating the incident further.
