Bangladesh’s tour to Pakistan falls in uncertainty amid COVID-19

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) authorities have fallen in severe doubt regarding the accomplishment of the last leg of Pakistan tour amidst growing Coronvirus scare world wide.

Bangladesh continue domination in T20I opener

BCB CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury has said they are closely following the situation and will take the decision after a while.

‘’I can not tell you anything with certainty in this regard.we are keeping our eyes on IPl but it will not depend on IPL situation.we have to think from global aspect. A lot of country flight is canceled. We have closely observed the situation and will make a decision after that,’’

said Nizamuddin.

Bangladesh have already traveled to Pakistan twice to play three T-20 internationals and one test. The last leg of the series will begin in April to play one Test and one-day internationals.

Pakistan are one of the affected countries of Coronavirus with lot of their school and colleges are closed in current situation.

Coronavirus has widely affected global sporting events so far. The upcoming Indian Premier League would also likely to be staged behind closed doors.
