The stage must not be a special one, but an absolute and an outrageous performance from Krishnappa Gowtham has made the cricket world rolling over the floor. During the 15th match of the KPL, Gowtham single-handedly won his side the game against Namma Shivamogga.

Bellary Tuskers batted first and posted a mammoth total of 203 runs un a 17-over encounter and it was Gowtham’s breathtaking knock that took them to this brutal total. With 7  fours and 13 massives sixes, Gowtham scored an unbeaten 134* off just 56 balls at a strike-rate of 239.28. The second highest from Bellary Tuskers was from AM Reddy, who scored 34 runs.

When everyone thought Gowtham has done it enough for today and will sit back to enjoy the show, he proved everyone wrong with even a brutal performance with the ball.

Namma bowled out for only 133 runs and it was Gowtham who rattled the side with his top-notch bowling.  Bowling 4 overs, he picked up 8 wickets alone and conceded only 15 runs.

Gowtham plays for Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and with this kind of performance, he might have made his mark to the top before the start of another season.
