Thisara Perera, Malinga bag most awards in Sri Lanka Cricket Awards
Sri Lanka Cricket Awards 2019 ceremony was held at the Water’s Edge, Battaramulla on Tuesday where many legends and current Sri Lankan players were present.
The year 2019 is coming to an end and it’s the month of getting recognition for the athletes for giving their all for the country throughout the year. Sri Lanka Cricket Awards 2019 organized the event just at the start of December and the award ceremony was held at the Water’s Edge, Battaramulla on Tuesday.
All-rounder Thisara Perera and fast bowler Lasith Malinga were the most popular names in the award ceremony. Perera named the best all-rounder of the year in the limited-overs format of the game and best T20 batsman of the year while Lasith Malinga named the best bowler of the year in both the limited-overs format.
